Dunstan Browne 

Dunstan was born and educated in South Africa where he practiced as a Corporate and Financial Lawyer before coming to Canada in 1982.  He joined Davis and Company (a major Vancouver law firm) where he practiced in the areas of bankruptcy, receiverships, collections, estates and wills, corporate, financial and land law, advising financial institutions, corporations and small business enterprises. He has considerable experience in the area of administrative law and recently completed a six year appointment as a Commissioner with the B.C. Securities Commission. Dunstan is a qualified mediator.

David Ibbetson  

David graduated with a BA degree from Brigham Young University in 1967, and obtained his Law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1970. He practiced in Kelowna, B.C. for 22 years, his legal career encompassing most areas of law, towards the latter part, exclusively civil litigation. For the six years prior to his leaving Kelowna (in 1992), he was a member of the School Board (three years as a Chairman). After serving as the Vancouver Director for the Legal Services Society, he moved to Victoria in 1994 and now practices in the areas of family law, personal injury law, and general litigation. He is a member of the City of Victoria Justice Issues Working Group.

Kelly Orr

Kelly graduated from the University of Victoria and has been in practice since 1985. She maintains a general solicitor's practice, focusing primarily in the areas of real estate, corporate, commercial, wills and estates, and contract law. She has been closely involved with the residential construction industry in Victoria and in particular with the Victoria Home Builders' Association. She acted for many builders, developers and trade contractors in real estate and corporate matters. Kelly has also developed her practice recently to include entertainment law.

Paul Gauthier

Paul is a graduate of the University of Regina (B.A.), the University of Victoria (B.A.) and the University of Windsor (LL.B.). He articled and practiced with a major Okanagan law firm before joining Browne Associates in 2006. He currently carries on the practice of a Barrister and Solicitor in the areas of real estate, estates, collections and company law. Paul is able to serve clients in English or French.
